Joint Freeing Series is a 21-pose, therapeutic yoga sequence that systematically moves every major joint through its full range of motion, from toes to neck. Primarily done seated on the floor or in a chair, this gentle, 50-minute practice increases mobility, reduces stiffness, and boosts circulation by linking breath with movement.
