Chantal started practicing yoga on and off in 2008. Her passion is bringing peace and ease to people, through mindful movement and meditation.

Working in a high-stress environment she continued to work despite signs that she needed to do more to support her own overall well-being and she was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder. Fast forward 15 years in 2020, she made the tough decision to leave the high-stress environment, because of the stress it took on her mind and body.

From this experience, she committed to a daily yoga and meditation practice which helped her to stay grounded, connected to her breath, and brought more stillness and silence into her life. Now she brings those experiences to others, to continue lowering their overall stress, so they can continue to give to the world around them, and begin to find joy within themselves.
