Why Plant Peace Yoga?
Slowing down and rest are underrated. Society celebrates productivity, and non-stop doing this means we grow up thinking rest equals being 'lazy' or 'unproductive' in-actuality; when we prioritize practices that move us inward we fill our metaphorical cup instead of continuing to deplete it.

Outer Beauty, Inner Calm
Creating a consistent practice is where you see the magic happen, and it is no easy task. The changes do not materialize immediately but instead gradually. Like anything, this is a practice- a practice to get to know your true self beneath everything external, underneath the stress and anxiety of everyday life.
As your guide, Chantal aims to create a community with practices that nurture silence and stillness and help to create a more peaceful internal landscape that affects how we interact with the outside world.
Plant peace within yourself using yoga Nidra, meditation, and restorative yoga.
